Op Eerste Kerstdag ontving ik een e-mail van Artifact Gallery met daarin de bevestiging dat het aanbod geen scam is en een hele rist aan mogelijkheden op welke manier er geëxposeerd kan worden.
Dat moest allemaal even landen en maar riep ook weer vragen op.
Die vragen heb ik nu neergelegd bij de contactpersoon van Artifact Gallery.

In het vorige blogbericht is al aangegeven wat de Artifact Gallery mij zou kunnen bieden en zal ik hier niet nog een keer herhalen.
Ik heb er een paar dagen over kunnen nadenken en dat riep een aantal vragen op.

De e-mail met vragen die ik nu gestuurd heb, staat hieronder:

I’m a bit curious how you found me and what makes you think that my photos are a supplement to the artists and works you’re already collaborating with.
So what appeals to you about my work?

The fact you want to exhibit my work also means, in my humble opinion, that you see opportunities to sell my work. Am I right?
If so, could you give me an estimate what the chances are to sell a piece/photo and also what would be the selling price (street value)?

Am I right (did I read it right) that you, as a gallery, don’t ask for a fee for the exhibition(s), and you only want a commission of 25% when a photo might be sold?
From what I understand, I do have to order one of the four options you mentioned (which is your revenue model), but I’m a bit confused about point 4: Public relations.
You mention A, B and C but unlike the others, there’s no pricetag. It only is on D. Does this mean that D is the collective price for A, B, C together and you can opt in for D which is Public relations? So in short, when chosing option 4, the price is $4,000 and you’ll get A, B, C and D?

Is it necessary to order one of the four options in order to be eligible for an exhibition, or can you only choose the exhibition itself?
