I’ve just had contact with the parent of one of my models and we would like to participate in this project and we aim to have the second plan (4 photos on 2 pages and 5 books).
Since tomorrow is the deadline we are selecting the appropriate photos for this publication.
We and I have some additional questions.
Our question is whether the 4 photos have to have a certain cohesion all together, since themes are fashion and humans. I’ve a couple of photos that are more classic and more art than other photos. Or doesn’t it matter which photos we submit?
Say we want to have a portrait being published ánd a fashionphoto, how can I submit that via the form on the web, because I can “only” choose one of the themes Humans, Urban, Nature, Conceptual, Fashion, Reportage, Digital?
Or is it enough to select “Digital” after which your curators determine in which theme it fits?
A question from my side: at what resolution and colorspace do you want the photos to be uploaded? I expect a highres photo at 300dpi, but I’m not sure what colorspace (sRGB or CMYK) nor do I know what you prefer most: JPG or TIFF as photoformat.
Our third question is about the copies of books. At first glance it looks like the 5 books (plan 2) are included in the €150 fee. But at second glance I can read on your website that you’ve to purchase 5 books and is not included in the €150 fee. Could you please tell us whether the copies of the books are included in the €150?
Our fourth question is about the two pages.
Are they next to eachother in the book (which we would like to)?
The next question is about the title and description of the photos. Since there’s a model involved in my photos, I would like to ask you to mention her with her name alongside the photo, but I’m not sure whether this is possible.
Our sixth and seventh question is about the exhibition in Milan.
In your last email you wrote that you’re negotiating about the location in Milan. Could you please tell us which location it is and whether you’ve completed the negotiations?
You stated that there will be a small fee involved in participation in the show. Could you tell us how much that small fee will be?
