Wow! Vanavond laat ontving ik van de organisatie van de Berlin Art Award 2024 de mededeling dat ik officieel genomineerd ben voor deze internationale prijs!

Dit heugelijke nieuws kreeg ik vanavond laat door van de organisatie van de Berlin Art Award.

Uit de e-mail, met als onderwerp: “Congratulations – You Have Qualified for the Berlin Art Award 2024!” valt dit af te leiden:
“Dear Tjeerd,
 
We are thrilled to inform you that your artworks have been thoroughly reviewed by our team, and you have successfully qualified for participation in the Berlin Art Award 2024.
Congratulations!
 
Please note that not all applicants are admitted to this award. Your works have met specific criteria necessary to be shortlisted, confirming the high caliber and relevance of your artistic work.
You definitely have a strong chance of being recognized in one of the categories, making your participation particularly worthwhile.
 
To proceed and register for the final round, please visit the following link.
You will also find a FAQ at this link with answers to any questions you might have.
 
Please confirm your participation within the next 3 business days.
 
After registering for the final round, you will be asked to submit additional information about yourself and your art.

You will receive all necessary information that needs to be submitted after confirming your participation in the final round via email.

In de e-mail wordt zoveel gezegd als dat ik nu toegelaten ben, dus genomineerd ben, nadat er gekeken is naar mijn werk.
Dat werk moest aan een aantal criteria voldoen, waarover in mijn vorige blog is geschreven.

In de e-mail staat dat er binnen drie werkdagen gereageerd moet worden via de link die in de e-mail staat en dat zal ik binnenkort ook doen.

Dan zal ook duidelijk worden wat er precies nog moet worden ingestuurd en ook wat de deadline daar voor is.
