Naar aanleiding van een open uitnodiging begin deze maand was een foto van Merlin ingestuurd voor eventuele publicatie in Artistonish een digitaal tijdschrift voor hedendaagse kunst. Vanavond kwam hierover de mail met als onderwerp: “Congratulations, you are selected”.

In de e-mail valt het volgende te lezen:

After a thorough review, the selection process of this opportunity has been completed.

We are proud to inform you that you have been selected for publishing in Artistonish – February 2021 contemporary art magazine.

All the selected artworks will be placed in the magazine and you will receive a draft for review before publication.

Please note that we will be in touch, if we need a high resolution photo of your selected artwork’s image for publication.

Het tijdschrift Artistonish is, zoals al werd vermeld, een digitaal tijdschrift voor hedendaagse kunst.

Astonish art lovers by brilliant art
Artistonish is an international contemporary art magazine published by “Discover the Artist” media holding. Each magazine issue focuses on telling the compelling story of significant arts created by brilliant artists from all around the world. The magazine’s online version will be published and circulated globally, while the print magazine can be ordered online.

De foto wordt in het februari nummer van het tijdschrift afgedrukt.
Er wordt op de website nog vermeld dat er ook nog een kans bestaat dat de foto voor een andere toekomstige uitgave van het tijdschrift wordt gebruikt.

Met de publicatie zal ook nog een zogenaamde promotional badge en een certificaat worden afgegeven.

Nu is het dus wachten wanneer het tijdschrift echt het licht ziet.
