Bijna een maand geleden is een foto van Antonia ingestuurd om mee te doen voor de wedstrijd en de titel CFA Artist of the Year Award. Vandaag is daar de uitslag van binnen gekomen.
Circle Foundation for the Arts (CFA) is een platform dat zich toelegt op het ontdekken en introduceren van huidige trends en originele praktijken op alle gebieden van de beeldende kunst.
Via hoogwaardige tijdschriften en de pagina’s van jurylid-kunstenaars wordt opmerkelijke kunst geselecteerd die de moeite waard is om te verzamelen.
Voor deze wedstrijd was foto Antonia (0308-bw) ingestuurd en vandaag kwam dus de uitslag.

We are emailing today with the announcement of the 5th international CFA Artist of the Year contest.
With fine artists from around the world, submitting artwork in variety of style and media, selecting only a few artworks was not a simple task.
The grant recipients this year are:

Helaas dus niet bij de top drie die bij de 5e international CFA Artist of the Year, maar de foto is wel degelijk opgevallen bij de jury, waarvoor ik een certificate of Artistic Excellence mag gaan ontvangen.
Vanzelfsprekend heb ik op de e-mail geantwoord dat ik die heel graag wil ontvangen.
Wanneer dat gebeurt is nog even de vraag, maar zal niet lang op zich laten wachten.
