Naar aanleiding van mijn vragen kreeg ik vandaag via de e-mail een  antwoord. Daaruit bleek dat één van mijn vragen toch niet duidelijk genoeg was gesteld.

For dimensions and price.. yes, it is possible to consider 60×40 as a printed image. You can consider the price of that dimension.

Met dit antwoord kan het formulier, waarin ik de titel, dimensies en de prijs moet aangeven, nog niet volledig invullen; er wordt in het antwoord van Mara nog geen indicatie gegeven wat voor prijs ik zou kunnen vragen voor de foto’s.

Ik heb haar daarom terug gemaild:
“About the dimensions and price: the 60×40 cm print is an example, because people can order a larger or smaller print. What I really meant is that, of course, printing an image costs money. Say printing and framing of a particular size cost me as an artist €150. The price on the art fair will not be €150, because in that case I don’t earn a penny with it. I can double of triple or even quadriple the price for the printed and framed image, meaning that the price on the art fair can be up to €600.
My question is what a suitable price could be for the art I’m showing. I think that you, as a curator, may know the market in Italy better than I do. I don’t want to overprice it but also not underprice it. So in short: what do you consider a reasonable price (and thus value) for the photos I exhibit (once again: I’m new to this, so I could use suggestions from you and I hope you can help me).”
